the International Development Association (IDA), to finance
the Support Project for the Modernization of the Transport Sector and
the Trade Facilitation (PAMOSET-FC), and intends to use part of this credit to make payments
under the

of a pilot phase of an IT Management System
Burkina Faso Driving License Examinations (SIGEPeC)

Consulting services include:
The consultant's mission consists of:
- Propose a detailed and motivated methodology;
- Adapt and define the functionalities of the System
Information (SI);
- Design and build application architectures and
data base;
- Design and build web applications and interfaces;
- Produce the technical specifications of the equipment necessary for the operation and securing of
the pilot solution;
- Assist the DGTTM in the selection of the supplier and the
receipt of material;
- Install and configure all the equipment necessary for
proper operation of the pilot IS;
- Configure, fill in and integrate the initial data and
required ;
- Test and confirm the functionalities of the tool in accordance with exchanges with the DGTTM /
MOD;
- Carry out organic tests, global tests,
security and intrusion, load testing,
resumption of activities;
- Train the staff (50) of the technical structures in
charge of the administration of road traffic examinations;
- Assist the Administration;
- Prepare the evaluation report for the Carry out phase and
provide all the technical and operating documentation for the tool;
- Develop the Terms of Reference for the generalization of
SIGEPeC across the national territory.
