MARUWAH TRAVELS WEEKLY REPORT.

Asalaam alieikum, let’s hope everyone is doing ok and fine. This is a weekly report for the past
week that's from 1st Monday to 7th Sunday. During this week a few activities took place at the
office.
We had a staff meeting on 3rd Wednesday and a lot was discussed these include.
Agenda for the meeting.
1.prayer.
2.Communication from the team.
3.Reading previous minutes.
4.Current business case.
5.Issue at hand (administration).
6.way forward.
The following were discussed.
● Other visa categories: we were encouraged to get familiar with the application.
● Managing the operation of the company with Mr Tom Kamulegeya
● Packaging of our visas
● Refund policy.
● UTB licence and all documents
● Pending expenses at the company

Activities done through the week.

➔ On Wednesday, we had a meeting with Mr Tom, and we concluded on the types of visas
to be processed by our company that’s Canada, Ireland, Portugal, Netherlands, Finland,
Spain and Australia.
➔ We decided Mr Tom will be just responsible for processing visas if the company avails
the full processing fees to him. The Canadian visas will take 45 to 90 days and the
European visas will take 30 to 60 days.
➔ Packaging our visas will cost 8M for the total charge of the Canadian visa and 7M for the
European visas where Mr Tom will be given 3M on each and its standard with “No
refundable fee”.
➔ Refund policy: if an applicant is denied a visa for a genuine reason, we can re-apply for
them and if this option doesn’t work for them then the applicant is given an option to
choose another country of their choice so that that we apply for them however those
applicants will be liable for contributing for their visa fees leaving other factors constant.
➔ UTB licence; we managed to email them our company documents so as to get a licence
these included the tenancy agreement to ensure that our company has infrastructure,

 our URSB certificate, our company organogram, company terms and conditions,
company travel itineraries.
➔ Company expenses may include rent, water and power, salaries, internet, waste
management and so on.

➔ On the side of marketing, we are still pushing as long as we can. this includes.
Posting on our social media handles include Instagram, what’s ‘up, YouTube, trends,
Facebook and lastly TikTok.
The turn up on the media has not been good but we get a few interactions there and their
people asking about umrah and hajj. We reply to them that we have umrah for August,
September and October @ 5.5 million.
Still pending issues.
We are still trying to get in touch with the counsel to see that we get the resolution and kick
start on our back account. And certifying some of the documents needed.
