EQUITY AGREEMENT

I on behalf of my company do accept and conform to the

“Equity Agreement” and I hereby acknowledge my interest to proceed with the structured
arrangements in handling the transmission charges and work towards with the lending terms. The
total sum of the fees involved in securing the loan documents will be returned in double and an
equity share of 30% will be given to Biworld after I have successfully received the Funds in my
given bank account. The double payment will be returned within 3days after my bank guarantee
the payment.
