All disputes arising from this contract shall be settled amicably by both parties. Any
amendment should be made in written form and confirmed by both parties. If the dispute
remained unsolved, it shall be submitted to the Court of Law to Arbitration in NhaTrang,
Vietnam. The arbitration award shaI1 be final and binding upon both parties, all charges
will be born by the loser
