Description of Change:
Schneider Electric will be globally withdrawing the MV MotorPact offer. This change will encompass a withdrawal of
the MotorPacT offer for US, Mexico and Canada.
UL offer will be replaced by the new MotorSet offer that will be gradually launched starting in October 2023.
Quotes for Motorpact equipment stopped being accepted at the end of 2022. Because of this, and
due to limited order engineering capacity, last buy for MotorPact equipment for US, Canada and Mexico is October
31, 2023. Any extraordinary need for this type of equipment would be evaluated by GSC prior to acceptance. Any
outstanding bids shall not be valid beyond October 31, 2023. Existing orders as of the date of this announcement
will be fulfilled based on parts lead time and order received date. Replacement parts will be available for purchase
from Smyrna plant or Schneider Services during this period, contingent on parts availability from suppliers.
After this, Schneider Electric USA Services will continue to provide technical support for the existing installed base
through 2034. Auxiliary kits and Ready-to-customize cubicles last order date will be end of March 2024 and will be
available for shipment until end of December 2024.

Definition of Dates:
a. Last buy shall be the last date that we will accept a PO. This date shall take into account the lead time to build the
product as well as current inventory levels.
b. Product support shall be 1 yr beyond end of commercialization or last buy whichever the latter.
c. Availability date of new product is when the new products are expected to be orderable.
d. End of commercialization (EOC) if made to stock; this date will be before the last buy date (taking into account
the build / shipping lead time as well as current inventory levels). If made to order; this date will equal the last buy
date.
Note: Our factories have limited capacities for products going obsolete. Product availability will be set on a first
come first serve basis.
