"Your business name" is a Value Added Services(VAS) organization that offers instant recharge of
Airtime, Data Bundle, CableTV (DStv, GOtv & Startimes), Electricity Bill Payment, Recharge Card
Printing and so much more to our customers with office at "Your office location" . The company is a sole
proprietorship organization and as such the Chief Executive Office (CEO) acts alone and is thereby
authorized to do and perform any and all such acts including execution of any and all documents and
certificates as deemed fit.

Therefore, on the "Current Date" , "Your business name" , agreed to set up and operate the Monnify
virtual account service for the sole purpose of automating our collection process.
