Introduction
Knowledge is part of human life, without it we would not have the scientific and
technological advances that today make our lives so much easier.

Therefore, since childhood we are immersed in the world of culture and learning, first in
the interaction with the family, then in the school and, later at university. All these
moments contribute to the training. Studies, whether at school or at university, are one
of the ways to obtain knowledge and personal fulfillment and professional.

Do you remember how you studied in school? Did he study correctly? And now, at the
university? Have you ever forgot the content you studied a few days after the test? Why
do we forget the test subjects even after a few days of evaluation? In order to answer
these questions, it is important know first what it is to study. What and what we are
going to do in the present work Therefore Studying is not just about picking up a book
or text

And simply read to memorize all information, on the contrary, the study is a practice
which consists of assimilating reading or something observed in order to be able to
reproduce in practice information and content through skills and competencies.

Therefore, it is necessary to know how to study with efficiency and not just perform a
mechanical act of memorization or "memorize", where one does not obtain knowledge
considered essential for life and professional practice.
1. How to make a personal study plan

Experts warn that setting up a study schedule is simple and can be done, initially, on a
notepad, notebook or even a spreadsheet program. The idea is to start by putting what
will be studied in the next few hours, then in the following weeks and, finally, in the
months to come.

To be able to create your plan, you must determine the amount of time for studies and
for other activities, such as personal hygiene, house maintenance, transportation, food,
rest, physical activity, among others."

2. Individual learning style

Learning styles are presented in different ways and classifications. Among these forms,
the VAC method (VISUAL, AUDITORY and KINESTHETIC) stands out.

I use all available learning styles to deepen and improve my knowledge.

Visual style: In this group I try to improve my abilities to know, interpret and
differentiate the stimuli received visually. From the visualization of the images, it is
possible to establish relationships between ideas and abstract concepts.

Auditory Style: here I use auditory style to know, interpret and differentiate the stimuli
received by the spoken word, sounds and noises, organizing their ideas, concepts and
abstractions from the spoken language.
Kinesthetic Style: and finally, in this last learning style I try to increase my abilities to
know, interpret and differentiate the stimuli received by body movement.

3. Assessment of Current Commitments

Currently, my commitments are basic and summarized in simple things, which are:
study and work, but on this shelf I am much more connected with my studies, since they
are very important in relation to other things.

A plan is a systematic model, that is, it is the set of necessary provisions, which
establish the various stages to achieve a specific objective, to carry out a project. In this
sense, we can say that a study plan is the curricular program (or planning) that is applied
to certain curricular units or subjects within a school or an educational establishment.

The study plan offers guidelines in education: it is up to the teachers to instruct/teach

students on the topics mentioned in the plan, while the students commit to learning
these contents if they intend to complete their studies and even an academic course.

As the study plan is carried out, in addition to training, the preparation of future
professionals is included, as students gain practice and train. It means that, together with
the particular techniques of each discipline, it is intended that the student gains some
responsibility for his future as a professional and that he focuses on the impact it will
have at a social level.

It should be noted that a study plan can also be called a curriculum or curriculum. This
Latin term means “career/path of life”; the study plan therefore corresponds to a
“career” in which the goal is graduation (academic degree) or obtaining a title.

The notion of a study plan goes beyond that of an educational program. The program
represents a list with the contents that must be taught; the study plan also deals with
determining what the instruction will be like and explains why the targeted content was
selected.

It is important to bear in mind that study plans change over time, as they must be
adapted to new social circumstances and updated so that student training is not
devalued.

The study plan is something essential in the life of any student, whether he is in basic
education, a university, graduate student or an apprentice of open courses, for example.

Through such a plan, it is possible to have more: organization, time management,

improve productivity and also improve self-confidence, in addition to achieving more
focus on studies and more motivation to study.

In this way, a well-designed study plan can help students improve their learning
performance. It is worth mentioning that a study plan is not essential only in the
academic environment, but it is also important for other areas of study such as the study
of music, for example, where a study plan can help the student to organize his studies
and be able to evolve .

Daily routine and study plan

In the study plan, it is necessary to establish days for studies. And for that the student
must be aware of their routine. Studying just once a week would not produce as many
results as doing it every day, which helps to get a better performance. Thus, in a study
plan the daily routine is fundamental.

 Why is it important to make a study plan?

 Some of the reasons to make a study plan are:

– A study plan is an effective way for the student to be able to fulfill their obligations
and follow their own pace of learning, all in an organized way;

– There is no one model that is suitable for everyone, so the study plan is something that
each student will develop differently;

– To be able to make a study plan that is suitable for a student, that student must first
make an assessment of their difficulties and the time they have available;

– Each student carries out their studies differently, so the amount of time that each one
needs to study will be different too, even if others are studying the same thing. A study
plan is something personalized, being adapted to the needs of each student;

– With this study plan, the student can still identify what their learning goals are to
obtain a higher performance and more productivity.

It is a recommendation for the student to plan to make such a plan that determines the
reason for studying, because this way you can develop a plan that will really help you to
achieve your goals.
