Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to apply for the Communication and Marketing Internship

role at Services Seta. With my BA in Communication Science from the University of South
Africa and years of experience in various roles, I believe I am an excellent fit for this role.

As you will find on my resume, I have had a variety of experiences with many different roles,
from my time as a Gift Wrapper to my time as a Data Capture Assistant. I am looking to
make the next step in my career by leveraging my communication skills to do something
meaningful.

During my time as a Gift Wrapper, I developed strong interpersonal skills and learned how to
efficiently manage customer inquiries. This role taught me the importance of excellent
customer service and how to build relationships with customers. As part of this role, I learned
how to work quickly while still providing outstanding quality work and paying attention to
detail. This has enabled me to deliver exceptional results when it comes to meeting deadlines
and resolving customer inquiries. Furthermore, this experience gave me insight into the
different facets of working with customers and provided me with knowledge about different
sales tactics that can be used to close deals quickly.

Additionally, during my time as a Data Capture Assistant, I gained invaluable knowledge

about data entry systems and processes. This experience taught me how important it is to
accurately enter information into databases and taught me the importance of following proper
protocol when dealing with sensitive data. My experience has enabled me to understand the
nuances involved in entering data accurately so that information can be retrieved quickly
when needed. In addition, it has also helped hone my problem-solving skills so that any
issues can be addressed in an efficient manner.

My education and experience have prepared me well for the Communication and marketing
internship role at Services Seta and I look forward to discussing further how I can bring value
