Subject: Issuance of Threat Certificate

Respected Sir,

It is humble submitted that, the undersigned is a resident of Ikhrajpora Jawahar

Nagar Srinagar and is running a Multi Venture business established under the name and style
City Home Properties and other sister concern companies having its office in the same vicinity. It
is further submitted that the undersigned is a Social Activist and has organized many programs
pertaining to drug Abuse, Domestic Violence & Child Labor.

It is Humble Submitted that the undersigned has a dealing with public form
varying backgrounds and social strata Due to those above-mentioned activities of the
undersigned, The undersigned has been receiving various threats calls from unknown number
and person who have threatened the undersigned to stop all such activities or else face deadly
consequence. In this regard, the undersigned has applied for arms license before the competent
Authority.

As Such it is therefore, humble requested to issue direction for issuance of threat

report in favour of undersigned so as to ease the process of acquiring valid arms license.
