Kiosks/Sponsor/Vendor Set-Up

Load in/Load out

Set up begins on Saturday, Sep 24th 8a-1p. All vendors and sponsors should be directed to 4603
W. Colonial, Orlando in order to gain access into the event for set up. You can begin to tear down
any time after 11pm, however, no vehicles will be allowed to enter or leave the event until all of the
spectators have left. This is APPROXIMATELY 11PM. They are permitted to walk their materials
out at any time to expedite their exit. Be advised that EAR Production does not provide tables,
chairs, tents, , water or decorations unless indicated in your contract.

Kiosk Set up:


Hours 8:00am to 1pm enter through 4603 W. Colonial, Orlando
Day: Sep 24th , same as the event date
Credentials: Wristbands will be given to those employees parking their vehicle only during the Set
up hours. Those entering after set up hours should have a complimentary pass and enter through
the event entrance.
Employees: There will be a security officer at the barricade marked “Vendor Entrance” at 4603
W. Colonial, Orlando. We will then close and allow only those with credentials to flow freely
through this area. You must show the officer your vendor parking pass. If you do not have your
pass, you will not be permitted to enter. Anyone without a complimentary pass will be asked to pay
the entrance fee.
Your booth should be set up and ready to go by 1:00pm.
Parking: There is no reserved parking available.

Program Partnership Hard Cost Agreement

It is understood and agreed to that the general Sponsorship for Bajo la Luna Fest, event, to be
held SEP 24TH, 2p-11p on the Orlando Amphitheater located in the Central Florida Fairgrounds
includes the agreed upon sponsorship amount of your agreed upon package. By signing
below, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for payment or total amount and agreed
to and understand that EAR Production is paying for these costs on your behalf in order to
execute this specific event. In Addition, all event rules and regulations must be adhered to
including no sampling of food or beverages for non-food vendors and no beverage sales for

food vendors. Failure to comply with rules and regulations will be grounds for immediate
removal from event with no refund.
