 Force Majeure: For any delay or failure to deliver the equipment on account of Force Majeure against failure
to deliver the equipment on a reason such War,Fire,Flood,Military operation revolution,strike
lockout, riots, epidemic, loss of material in transit wrong shipment by manufacturer/supplier
or any change in Government policies, which may affect our performance and prices, directly
or indirectly and such other reasons not incorporated in this clause. We shall not be held
responsible or liable.

 The above quotation is based on your given quantity only. Final quotation shall be quote base on the approval of
drawing/site requirement and total price may be adjusted accordingly.

 The above quotation is based on present exchange rate US$ and the prevalent rates from LME price index.
Keeping in view the volatile situation and uncertainty of raw material price, our offer shall be adjusted
as per the prevalent price at the time of procurement of material.
