Legal and Political Tenets of the United States Military as a Fundamental Sector of the United
States Government, as to Race, Ethnicity, Nationality, Gender, and other Cultural Identities

—------------------------------------------------------------

The Political and Legal Tenets are as follows:

(1) There shall be no condition or attribute of war, emergency, or generality which shall
relegate any government to ban or eliminate any race, ethnicity, nationality background,
gender, or cultural identity from participating within the United States military and any
other government organ or community,
(2) There shall be no ban imposed by any government, since the United Nations (UN) is
now certified as lead guide on the planet, toward eliminating any racial, cultural,
nationality background, or ethnic group (or gender) (or other social demographic group
of like identity, meaning in deserving constitutional protection) from participating in the
military of the United States (United States Armed Forces) in prioritizing United States
citizens (contemporarily) and in accepting the reality of homogenous enemy States,
(3) There shall be no discrimination against any domestic or foreign-born individual or
community into serving as the sole workforce of any military unit, office, space, entity, or
community as this shall apply in parallel form to all other public organs,
(4) There shall be no discrimination against any domestic or foreign-born individual or
community toward serving as a mandated minority (or category) against proportionate
rate or consciousness and/or against excelling uncoerced and non-discriminatory without
intended sabotage of any other race or other social demographic group and without
unconstitutionality,
(5) There shall be no decision of any Judge, Legislature, or Executive to suspend the reality
of these provisions of policy,
(6) There shall be no exception provided to any social demographic group, racial or
otherwise, which shall allow any to deviate from employing common standards in ethics,
war or conflict related or in general,
(7) There shall be no priority of Government or Civil Society (or any other concept of
community inspired by intellectual focus) which shall serve to preclude this constitutional
policy as operative in the articulation of American doctrine and messaging (and those of
our partnership [naturally, per their consent as in general]),
(8) There shall be no illusion of racial or military supremacy over any domestic community
and there shall be no might of military or subordinate which shall preclude, diminish,
depreciate, remove, or retract the human rights and/or citizenship of any foreign group
with respect to its country or territory of relation, and
(9) No evolution in the diction of any transcribed or vocally articulated policy, in the past,
present, or future, as written by any individual as commissioned, which shall arbitrarily
communicate irrationality, inauthenticity, or inconsistency by the author concerning this
particular issue and in general (in considering law, policy, order, and decree alike).
