BS / MS / PhD in Cyber Security / Information Security
Minimum 7 years hands-on Red Team industry experience
Certifications (OSCP / OSED, GPEN, CompTIA PenTest+, CASP+,
GWAPT, PNPT, OSCE3 or Equivalent)

Developers (Red Teaming)

BS / MS in SE / CS / IT / IS / Cyber Security
Minimum 4 years development experience in Red Team with at
least 3 languages (C, C++, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go)
Certifications (OSED, SANS SEC760, Reverse Engineering)
In-Depth knowledge of Assembly, Debugging / Disassembly,
Windows / Linux OS, Reverse Engineering

Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testers

BS / MS in Cyber Security / Information Security / Equivalent
Certifications (OSCP, OSWP, OSEP, CEH or Equivalent Pentest
Certifications)
Minimum 3 years hands-on Red Team industry experience

Malware Analyst (With Reversing Skills)

BS / MS in Cyber Security / Information Security / Equivalent
Certifications (Malware Analysis & Code Reversing)
Minimum 2 years hands-on industry experience
