Plan 1

Breakfast Mid-Morning Lunch Afternoon Snack Evening Meal


Snack

¾ Cup of high fibre 1 serve fruit or 1 wholegrain Low fat yoghurt with 2 passion Bowl of vegetable soup
cereal with low fat yoghurt sandwich with fruit/1 cup strawberries
200g roast meat/fish 4-5
strawberries and 1 cup 100g lean
cups low starch vegetables
of skim/lite milk meat/tuna/eggs
and salad 1 cup fresh fruit salad
OR OR 1 piece of fresh OR water
fruit

2 slices whole grain A handful raw Low fat tzatziki/humus/salsa dip


toast with cottage mixed nuts with cucumbers, capsicum,
cheese, tomato celery, carrots

NOTE: Limit fruit to 2/day plus 1 punnet strawberries, passion fruit or blueberries.
