Here we would like to submit our quotation of the works as follows. Please be noted that we can
propose some optimization of the work if we can discuss the detail work in a meeting and the soil data
is available.

Terms & Condition:

Include:
- Income Tax (PPh) 2.65%.
- VAT (PPN) 11%.
- DCM construction.
- Cement material (we suggest the material provided by Client).
- Mobilization and demobilization of management staff, manpower and equipment.
- Site team (management staff and manpower) and equipment operator.
- Site facility (site office, warehouse, workshop, stockyard, etc).
- Internal security for material and equipment.
- Construction electricity, water and fuel.

Exclude:
- Working platform.
- Access road to project location.
- Overall project security.
- Local permit or local community coordination fee.
- Mixing trial test.
- Construction trial test.
- Pre and post improvement test.

Technical Notes:
- Trial mix is mandatory prior to start construction to ensure cement content is enough to
achieve the improvement target.

Commercial Notes:
- Quotation is valid for 30 days and unit price basis.
- Working volume in quotation is initial estimation. Progress payment must be calculated based
on site actual volume.
- Monthly progress and payment should be made within 30 days upon submission of invoice
and supporting documents.
- If exchange rate higher than IDR 16,000.00 / USD and/or diesel fuel price higher than IDR
16,000.00 / litre, unit price become not valid and must be re-adjusted.
- Standby fee Rp. 50,000,000.00 / day if DCM equipment cannot work due to other party
responsibility.
