1. Preparation Work before Operation:
◊ Prepare the relative tools: Gloves.
◊ Please park the vehicle at the repair position, tighten the handbrake, and then turn off
the ignition switch.
2. Operation Steps:

Please open the fuel filler

Turn (Right or Left ) the
black end cover about 90 2

Note: Needn’t to make
too large force to avoid
that the transmission pin
is damaged.

Disassembling Please pull out the fuel

about 30cm.(Figure 3)

Please disassemble the

Note: don’t forget to as-
semble the transmission
pin and the spring.

Please assemble the ca- 7

hole of the vehicle body,
and then turn (Right or

Please close the fuel filler

cap, and test whether it

can be opened normal.
