Acknowledgment Certificate

I, Jonathan Haresco, the Southbay Ta Bai Night Market tenant, hereby wish to
acknowledge the receipt of full payment in the amount of One Hundred Forty
Thousand Pesos (PHP 140,000) from Mr. John Rene Bautista on November 3,
2023. This payment is in consideration of the transfer of tenant rights for the
two food stalls located at the following address:

Stalls Number 60 - 61, Southbay Ta Bai Night Market, P. Acharon Blvd.,

Brgy. Dadiangas South, General Santos City

I also wish to confirm that all outstanding bills, dues, and financial obligations
associated with the operation and tenancy of the food stalls have been fully
settled by me, Jonathan Haresco, prior to this acknowledgment and the
receipt of the full payment.

This Acknowledgment Certificate signifies the successful transfer of tenancy,

along with all rights and interests, in and to the mentioned food stalls from me,
Jonathan Haresco, to Mr. John Rene Bautista.
