NARRATIVE REPORT

I. Introduction

Our participation in a one-day trip workshop at the Philippine Educational Theater Association
(PETA) offered a valuable work immersion experience, immersing us in the realm of theater and
creative expression. Located in Manila's vibrant artistic community, PETA provided an immersive
environment conducive to learning and development. This narrative reflects on the insights gained
during our time at PETA and its relevance to our professional growth.

II. Knowledge/Learning Acquired

Throughout our work immersion at PETA, we acquired practical knowledge and skills
applicable across various professional domains. Through hands-on activities and interactive
sessions, we learned about the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and effective
communication in the workplace. Moreover, we gained insights into the creative process and
acquired practical problem-solving techniques. The immersion experience equipped us with
versatile skills crucial for success in any professional setting.

III. Observation

An evident aspect of our work immersion at PETA was the dedication and passion exhibited
by the staff and facilitators. Their commitment to their craft and willingness to share expertise
fostered an inspiring and supportive work atmosphere. Additionally, we observed firsthand the
potency of creativity and storytelling in engaging audiences and forging meaningful connections.
This immersive experience underscored the significance of creative expression in conveying

IV. Recommendations/Suggestions

Drawing from our work immersion at PETA, we recommend integrating creativity and

and enhance productivity. Furthermore, we suggest seeking opportunities for work immersion and

DOCUMENTATION

During our one-day trip to PETA, we had a fantastic time exploring the world of
theater and arts. We took part in workshops, watched performances, and got a
behind-the-scenes look at how everything comes together. It was an eye-opening
experience that taught us a lot about storytelling and creativity. Overall, the trip to
