Who will you be targeting as customers?

1. Market Segmentation

Healthwich:Munch&Mix of LNHS is comprised of five target groups:

1. Basic Education Students


2. College Students
3. Teachers
4. Parents
5. Staff

These groups are all potentially strong customer segments. The benefit of this mix of
customers is that it helps maintain consistent business throughout a long period of time.
For example, within a day once the students are still in classes, it’s the time wherein we’ll
target the parents, teachers and even the snacks. But most especially, the primary target
markets of this product are basically the students

Also, by appealing to several market segments, Healthwich:Munch&Mix does not


become overly dependent of any single consumer group. For example, several food stalls
with primarily student customers do poorly during class hours. They must also market
themselves outside their primary target market. So Combo will avoid these perks and
valleys in business with a mix of customers.

 Basic Education Students. The location of the business it situated within the Basic
Education building which will be easy to access to students especially those who are in
the same building as the business.

 College Students. Most college students tend to roam around in the mission to find
affordable delicious handy snacks. They tend to pass by the Basic Education Building to
purchase some.

 Teachers. Same with the students, the faculty room is also located in the same
building as the business. Through this, they’d also be able to encounter these products
that are truly fit within their budgets and their taste buds. Teachers also tend to support
their students by purchasing some of their products.

 Parents. This pertains to the parents of the kinder and elementary pupils. While
waiting for their children, they too tend to eat snacks especially some that are personally
made by the students.
 Staffs. These are the various staff of St. Paul University. These customers are curious
with the various products of the students and of course because of the appealing price,
they intend to buy these products.

What will be your effective marketing and promotional strategies?

MARKETING STRATEGY

Healthwich:Munch&Mix presents and offer new variety of combo snack. It’s a 2-in-1 snack or
most likely known as a snack in a cup, which are a combination of a finger snack and a drink of
their choice based on their personal preference. It aims to provide extravagant services to the
targeted business environment specifically inside the premises of LNHS. This plan seeks to
generate a significant in sales and profit. It promises a new and fresh environment for people to
engage in and remind themselves of good food especially making them satisfied with the
products being offered.

To capitalize the opportunity within the store segment, there are several factors which are needed
to be developed for a sustainable success. These factors are:

a. Location: a key location is essential to one’s business especially with So Combo, since it
needs to be easily accessible and convenient to various customers in order for these target market
to be able to utilize the products and services that are being offered.

b. Convenience: Convenience is one of the most important factors in putting a business. This
pertains to the location of the business. The location of one’s business truly holds a huge part in
the business’ success. So Combo makes up a brand new innovative way to attract these
customers especially through the use of social media to enhance communication among various
people.

c. Atmosphere: To create the desired environment, the internal design and construction of the
atmosphere will be helpful to this. This also includes the factors that’ll affect the enhancements
of the design of the design of the business which includes choosing of quality materials and
hiring of the best personable staff.

d. Advertising: Advertising is the most crucial recipe for the success of one’s business,
specifically the success of Healthwich:Munch&Mix. Pre-opening promotions via social media. A
facebook page will be created with photos that serve as hints of the upcoming products. The
same goes with Instagram and Twitter. First 5 lucky customers will be given free Combos of
their choice. Through this, we’ll be able to input that interest and demand to our customers.
For the first week, we’ll be implementing a ticket entry price. Wherein customers will be
receiving tickets as their attendance and will be monitored, and whoever will have the highest
order entry will have a coupon.

Picture_to_support: All customers will have a free picture taking and will be posted with our
very own frame in our page in every social media platforms.

The Healthwich:Munch&Mix! is a business that serves a good marketing strategy to promote


and innovate combo snacks that are not yet popularly seen in the campus of LNHS. The business
is a new hub for snacks that caters to different age groups and across all walks of life. This
business will entice millennial to bring their friends and family with our innovative environment,
with three different finger foods along with different refreshing drinks.

The business’ products have a catchy and unique way of serving all-in-one finger foods infused
with a refreshing drinks integrated in a single cup of joy. It is a snack-type fast food, to be
consumed while walking around with your friends and colleagues. The business provides a
combination of excellent food at value pricing, with fun packaging and atmosphere.

How much money is required to get your business started and genereated revenues?

STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE

The purpose and goals of this business are the following: to cater the wants and needs of the
customers, to offer quality products and services that is to be offered for the customers, to value
customers existence in a business, to give importance on the buying process in a business, to gain
profit and income, and to help and give something for the community.

A capital of Php 1000 is needed to start the business.

The following raw materials are needed with their corresponding costs- fries at 100php (1pack),
nuggets at 85php (2packs), kropeks at 70php (2packs), Coca-Cola at 80php (2 pieces), iced tea at
40php (2packs), and orange Juice 40php (2packs). Other expenses include funding for ice cubes
to maintain the coldness of refreshments at 20php, mineral water at 25php, oil at 20php and
butane gas at 20php. Lastly, for the packaging expense, Php500 is allotted for disposable straws,
cups for the drinks, mini cups for the finger foods as well as printing for distinguishable So
Combo! packaging design.
