Narrator- RISHAAN,ISHI

Daddi- a grumpy old woman who loves music, Yash

Depressed student- A patient struggling with anxiety, stressed out student.

Arnav”s brother

Arnav’s brother’s friend- Pramey

Lousy schoolmates- Arsh ,darshil ,prakhar

Narrator- (introduction of skit) music has long been known to have power to heal, but what many
don’t know is the role it can play in the innovation and creativity as well. Next

Today we join with the characters-

Daddi- a grumpy old woman who loves music, Yash

Depressed student- A patient struggling with anxiety, stressed out student.

SCENE 1

( no setting )

Narrator- arnav goes to school and finds that he has got lower grades than usual.

His classmates humiliate him and he goes in a state of deep sadness.

LF- D, are bhai aaj to dhoni marega,

A,nahi be kohli marega

p, par match toh lsg aur gt ka hai

d,kuch bhi ho chamkega to surya hi

p abe ab surya chennai mien kaha se aa gya ,sari geography kharaab kardi

Arnav- this cannot be possible, I cannot get such low grades, may be there is a mistake made in
checking.

A, wo chod usko dekh use kya hua

P- are bhai hkyu apni zuban ko itna kasht de rha hai wo ye England nhi hai wo hindi samaghta hai.

LF-abe checking me koi gadbad nahi hui hai , tu hai hi duffer.

LF(all one by one)- LOOSER!

Arnab- maybe they are right Arnav you are a duffer, you are not capable of anything you are a
looser, you are a looser!

(scene ends)

SCENE 2

SETUP ( A SINGLE BENCH)

Narrator- arnab is sitting at home thinking about himself as a failure and looking very sad

(His servant notices him)

SERVANT –are arnav baba arnav baba kya hua, arnav bade udas lag rahe hain ,pakka school mein pit
ke aye hain . Mughe ye baat malik ko batani chahiye.
Narrator- servant goes to his parents and tells him everything

(narrator-His parents approach to him)

Father- Arnav, beta kya hogaya hai tughe mai dekh rahi hu ki aaj kal tum dhang se kha pinahi
raheagar ye sab us result ki wjah se hai then forget about it a sheet of paper cannot define your
future.

Arnav- no, papa I am a loser! I am a loser!

mother-nahi beta nahi ,

Papa-arnav ,arnav!

Ab ye apne maa baap ki to sunega nahi ,ise to iske dada dadi hi samagha sakte hain

(leaves calling)maa o maa bauji…..!

SCENE-3

N-his father goes to his grandparents and tells them everything.

d1- tumne suna vishu ne kya kaha chalo zara apne pote se baat karte hain

d-2 ha ha chalo

d-1 kesa chal raha hai sab beta bada dukhi lag raha hai

d-2 are thoda to has tu bhi aisa tera baap bhi aisa

d-1 aur tera dada bhi aisa

d-2 are mughe baat to karne do ...........chal jaldi wo result bhool ja bhool gaya ki nahi bhool ja

d-1 tum mughe baat karne do khamakha bachche ko dara rahe ho

d-2 nahi nahi apne pote se mein baat karunga

d-1 achcha tum baat karoge

d-2 nahi nahi mein kyu baat karunga kya rkha hai bat cheet mien arnav tu achche se apni dadi ki sun
mein bhi roz sunta hu
d-1 chod unko beta tera dada hai hi aisa aur kya tu us result ke baare mein soch raha hai , aaj grades
kam aaye hain kal zyada aa jaenge rkha kya hia us kagaz mien

natural form.

"Sangeetam vidyarthi lalana, sangeetam mritunjaya" - Music is the nourishment of learning and it is
the conqueror of death.

"Sangeetam sahi yasya rajas tamah pravartate" - Music removes darkness and ignorance and brings
out the nobility in a person.

ab tu to apne bhai ke paas jayega nahi mei hi tughe lekar jaati hun

SCENE-4

N-arnav's grandmother take him to his brother,Rudraksh, who is sitting and waiting for his friend
Pramey

d-1 beta rudraksh zara apne bhai ko to dekh kitna udaas hai apne result ki wajah se

rd- are koi naa dekh mei bhi bahut dukhi hoon par fir bhi mast hu

a- ap kyu dukhi ho
rd- are kkr ne hara diya na rcb har bar kkr ke spinners rcb mei bhus bhar jaate hain bahut bada
sagma laga hai yaar

chal ye sab baat chod tu music sunna shuru kar aur usse ek therapy ki tarha le phir dekh tera depression kaha chala
jayega

le pramey aa gaya

P-kesa hai bhai

rd- bas badiya

p- ye kon hai

rd bhai hai mera

p- achcha isko mene kahin to dekha hai

par kaha yaad nahi aa raha aare ise to abhi thode din pehle apnle class ke ladke result pe suna rahe the

rd- hain abe tu mere naam ko guitar me mila ke aa gaya

p- abe ye tera hi bhai hai na kaha tu ladkon ko sunata hai kaha ye sun ke aa gaya

d-1 are ye shoor kesa aa rha hai

kya hua beta

p- nothing happend grandmother just don't worry

arnav-bhaiya dadi ko hindi bolo

d-1 hey what do you think I understand English I know it better than you never underestimate your grandma don't try
to be smart in front of me .

Translation:

There is no doubt, that even the unintelligent person can cause destruction to the wise. Therefore, never
underestimate anyone and keep your mind open to new ideas.

"sangeet mein hamen sthaanaantarit karane, hamen prerit karane, hamaaree aatmaon ko oopar uthaane aur hamen
ek saath laane kee shakti hai. isamen hamen alag-alag samay aur sthaanon par le jaane, yaadon aur bhaavanaon ko
jagaane aur apanepan aur judaav kee bhaavana paida karane kee kshamata hai. nyoorosains ne dikhaaya hai ki
sangeet mein mastishk ke vibhinn hisson ko uttejit karane, hamaare manodasha, vyavahaar aur dhaaranaon ko
prabhaavit karane kee ek anoothee kshamata hai. yah tanaav aur chinta ko kam kar sakata hai, phokas aur
utpaadakata badha sakata hai, aur dard ko prabandhit karane mein bhee madad kar sakata hai.

rd- dadi galat baat kehti kab hain

d-2 ha beta hamesha galat to mein hi bolta hu

chod dadaji ko chal tu abhi se hi shuru hoja chal kuch gaate

SCENE-5

n- after sometime exams were held in the school, in which arnav had topped

and got far more better arks than before

Lf D- aur bhai dekh top kiya hai launde ne

Lf a - tune bhi to kiya hai hamesha ki tarhah

Lf D- neeche se

A- are kyu bully kar rahe yaar bechare ko


Lf A - theek hai tughe kar lete hain

Lf p -( runs and comes) bhai rcb jeet gayi dhoni ne last ball pe chakka laga diya

A- pakad iskko jaana nahi chaiyebach ke ye

Lf-d- are bhai wo to refre ne galat chakke ka signal de diya varna to audince ne ball pakad hi li thi

A- ha ha criket ka refree

aur maroisko

rd- bhai sir aa gaye ( all stand in attention)

vasishth- aye tumlog class ke bahar kya kar rahe ho oye

rd- gaye gaye

all laugh

bach gaye bach gaye

Lf- vese mene suna tha ki tu deppresion ka shikar tha tune recover kese kiya
