Introduction

The robot is a two-wheel drive; powered by two BLDC motors with 500RPM and

supported by caster wheel in front.

Crusher is our hitting mechanism. It runs at a speed of 5000 rpm and is powered

by a third BLDC motor.

Entire weight of the robot will be under 60kg.

Chassis is made of either mild steel or thick aluminium.

All the required welding will be done using MIG welding machine.

Component Specifications
Component 1: 2 DC Motors: Details: 12 volts and 10 amperes, 100 watts.

Component 2: 1 DC Motor having 5000 rpm and 70 A is used to rotate the crusher.

Component 3: 2 metallic/polymer wheels of 8-inch diameter having ball bearing.

Component 4: A chassis of 70 cm X 55 cm X 40 cm made of mild steel/aluminium.


Most of the equipment are supported using truss.

Component 5: Crusher having two SS bars for hitting is made of high speed steel
and runs at 5000 rpm.

Component 6: 2 BTS 7960 H-Bridge Motor Driver.

Component 7: 12 v 100 Amperes 1 Solid State Relay.

Component 8: Battery of 20 A (1800 g) and 100A (670 g) at 12 V.

Component 8: RC Transmitter Fly Sky FS-i6 2.4 GHz 6 Channel.

Component 9: FS-iA6B RC Receiver.

CONSTRUCTION
Krieger is a war robot designed to operate with a weight of less than 60kg. It uses
two DC motors with a rating of 12V 20A to drive the robot at a speed of 500
revolutions per minute (RPM). The robot is constructed using L-shaped MS (mild
steel) bar, 2" flat steel bar, and SS (stainless steel) sheet with a cross-section
measuring 70cm x 55cm x 40cm.

In addition to the driving system, Krieger is equipped with a heavy weight crusher
as a weapon system. To power the entire robot, two batteries are used, each with a
different rating. The first battery is rated at 12V 20A and is used to power the driving
system. The second battery, rated at 12V 70A, is used to power the weapon system.

The selection of materials used in the construction of Krieger was likely made with
durability and strength in mind, given the robot's intended use as a war robot. The
use of mild steel and stainless steel are likely to provide sufficient strength and
resilience, while the 2" flat steel bar have been chosen for additional reinforcement.
WORKING PRINCIPLE

We are using motors directly with the wheels for the movement.

Basic RPM of motors is 2500, and on the wheels 500 rpm is transferred.

To make the operation easy, more number of relays are being used.

Various kinds of shafts and pinion etc. are machined by us as per our specification

other than market availability.

Crusher is belt driven by the assigned motor at 5000 RPM.
