Component 2: 1 DC Motor having 5000 rpm and 70 A is used to rotate the crusher.
Component 5: Crusher having two SS bars for hitting is made of high speed steel
and runs at 5000 rpm.
In addition to the driving system, Krieger is equipped with a heavy weight crusher
as a weapon system. To power the entire robot, two batteries are used, each with a
different rating. The first battery is rated at 12V 20A and is used to power the driving
system. The second battery, rated at 12V 70A, is used to power the weapon system.
The selection of materials used in the construction of Krieger was likely made with
durability and strength in mind, given the robot's intended use as a war robot. The
use of mild steel and stainless steel are likely to provide sufficient strength and
resilience, while the 2" flat steel bar have been chosen for additional reinforcement.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
We are using motors directly with the wheels for the movement.
Basic RPM of motors is 2500, and on the wheels 500 rpm is transferred.
To make the operation easy, more number of relays are being used.
Various kinds of shafts and pinion etc. are machined by us as per our specification
