Leopoldo Yabes (Pug-os) Sinait, Ilocos Sur and owner of four (4) Acacia Trees located at their lot purok
Santan of this barangay requested from this office for the issuance of certification relative to his application
for permit to cut down said trees at the office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
that this office likewise interposes no objection in the cutting of the above mention trees by the owner and
it will be sold to DOS Furniture..

This certification is issued upon the request of the above-mentioned name for legal
intent/purposes
it may serve
