8th Sem CSE Project Deadlines and Guidelines

Dear Students, please note down the final year project schedule / deadlines:
1) Hard copy Draft report submission to guide/mentor: 06-05-2024
2) Final submission of report after incorporating corrections: 13-5-2024
3) Date of Project Exhibition: 22-05-2024 [All project team should prepare poster in
Drawing Sheet and submit to project co-ordinator on or before 21-05-2024]

Note :
• In final year project report front page(Cream Color) should contain names of all
students in all copies (individual as well as department and library).
• Acknowledgement page should contain names of all students in all copies
(individual as well as department and library.)
• Certificate page should contain all students name in department copy.
• Certificate page should contain only particular student name in individual copy.

List of Documents to be submitted to Project Coordinator:

1.One DVD attached to the hard bounded project reports containing the
following documents without fail:
a. Final Report (PDF and Word),
b. Final PPT,
c. Code implemented and all used software’s
d. Screen shots and Videos
e. Read me file containing the details of how to install and execute the project.
f. Plagiarism report (with less than 25% of similarity)
g. All hardware components if the project is hardware/iot based.

2. Number of hard bounded project reports (color): 6 Copies [ 1 for each team
member, 1 for Department and 1 for Guide (Optional) ]
Note:
1. Plagiarism report should be included after reference before personal profile in the hard
copy project report. Only Report prepared as per guidelines without any mistakes will be
accepted or else will be rejected even if it is hard bounded.
2. It is mandatory to all team to participate and should be present before 8.40 am in Final
year Project Exhibition scheduled on 22/5/2024 without fail. Preparation should be
completed one day earlier (21/5/2024).
