Subject: Permission for conducting bdapps national Hackathon Roadshow and QnA

Dear Sir,

With due respect, we would like to inform you that we are national appstore bdapps , an
initiative of ROBI AXIATA LTD. The subject matter refers to our present involvement where
ROBI AXIATA LTD is working to promote application developers and their developed
applications. Currently we have more than 28000 developers & 55000 applications in our
platform. Through bdapps a developer will have the opportunity to vent in the market and
compete at professional level.

As part of the app developer program bdapps by Robi is conducting ‘Developer Workshop on
Android Apps Development’, ‘Digital Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Building up Android App
Developer Community’ in very few selected Universities.

Android Application holds 85% of the share in the application market and there is endless
opportunity for app developers. bdapps intends build a platform where the potential app
developers may come to contribute in this field of great opportunity.

bdapps team of Robi thrive to share industry knowledge among prospective students to
prepare them to take part in the Android application development industry. In relation to the
motive of the program, to ensure a long-term sustainability and progressive future for app
developers we would like to be a part of app developer community in your institution to foster
the growth and engagement of the community with our knowledge and involvement.

We are also very happy to let you know that we arrange bdapps Developer Hackathon
program. The app developer community members participate in this program at the end of
the year to win the hall of fame for their respective institution.

As a team, we would like to ensure from our end that this activity has no political propaganda
and no intent to create any violence and chaos.

We cordially expect that the Organization will:

● Approve our proposal and provide necessary support to conduct ‘bdapps – Natitonal
Hackathon Roadshow – Powered by Robi’
● Encourage their students to join the Hackathon.
● Ensure Rooms for the Participants.
For that reason we want to do a knowledge sharing session on "𝗯𝗱𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹
𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮" and answer all your questions regarding the event before 30th July.
