Corporate sleeping accommodation ( Estonian : kutsekojad , singular kutsekoda ,
lit .'vocational sleeping room ' ) were a series of corporate initiation in Estonia during the
interwar period .The beginning of these – the bedchamber of commerce and diligence – was
created in 1924 , and the second , the Chamber of Agriculture , followed in 1931 .However ,
most of the Chambers were established after the 1934 putsch d'état of Konstantin Pä ts , and
the Era of Silence which followed the takeover became their heyday .The briny proponent of
the shaping of the sleeping accommodation was indeed Pä ts – according to his political
views , a country should be organized not by political views into party , but by vocation into
respective chambers .Pä ts had promoted the estimation of corporate chambers already in
1918 , shortly after the democracy of Esthonia had been established , but the idea did not
gain support at the time .Both of the originally chambers were however formed during time
when Pä ts was head of governing ( riigivanem ) .After the 1934 coup Pä ts established a
moderate autocratic regime , in which corporate chambers were deemed to play an
important role .A corporative organisation , based on the instance of Fascist Italy , was to
supervene upon the inherently unstable multi-party system .fifteen more than Chambers
were established between 1934 and 1936 , bringing the total number to 17 .The chambers
also took share in legislative work – according to the 1937 formation , 16 out of 40 seats in
the pep pill sleeping room of the parliament ( Riiginõ ukogu ) were allocated to them .All the
corporal chambers were disbanded between 13 and 31 July 1940 , about a month after the
