TENDER NOTICE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE 2ND KOREAN CBT LAB IN OEC,
REGIONAL OFFICE, KARACHI UNDER EPS-TOPIK SYSTEM, HRD-KOREA
Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) invites sealed proposals from the reputed
bidders/contractors/companies/firms having NTN, Sales Tax & who are on the active taxpayer list (ATL)
of Federal / Provincial Taxation Departments (i.e., FBR, SRB, etc.) and registered from Pakistan
Engineering Council (PEC) for the Establishment of the 2nd Korean CBT Lab at OEC, Regional Office,
Karachi under EPS-TOPIK System, HRD-Korea. Interested bidders may collect the Tender document on a
written request from the Admin Wing of OEC, Head Office, 6th Floor, EOBI House, Sector G-10/4,
Islamabad, or Regional Incharrge, OEC, Regional Office, Karachi located in Government Polytechnical
Institute of Jacob Line, Near BISP office, Compressor Market, Sadar, Karachi (Tel: 99332980-81), after
making a payment of the Tender Fee amounting Rs.2,000/- (non-refundable) into the Corporation’s
A/c.No.0112-79010447-03 maintained with HBL Bank, during office hours.

i. Sealed bids should be submitted after the release of this advertisement in the newspaper latest by 05th
October, 2023 by 11:30 hours, and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their
authorized representatives in the OEC, Regional Office, Karachi located in Government Polytechnical
Institute of Jacob Line, Near BISP office, Compressor Market, Sadar, Karachi, at 12:00 hours.
ii. No bids will be accepted after the closing time.
iii. Earnest money @ 5% of the bid amount in a mode of Pay Order/DAC should be enclosed in favor of the
Managing Director, Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), Islamabad.
iv. Tax will be deducted as per Government Policy.
v. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers made in this regard as per PPRA Rules.
vi. Conditional / Incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive and will not be entertained.
vii. The Interested Bidder should have adequate Financial Soundness and have at least 10 years of documented
work experience of a similar nature with government or semi-government organizations.
viii. By submitting the tender, the firm/contractor acknowledges that they are fully familiar with the work scope
and the terms and conditions outlined in the Tender Documents.
ix. The Firms/contractors that submit fraudulent, unsupported, or incorrect information may face
disqualification and/or potential blacklisting.
