volleyball and swam all day. In the afternoon, their skin
turned red, and it feels sore and aches.What do you think

would you do to avoid this happening?

Department of Health advised the public to drink more
water and as much as possible to stay at home especially
from 10 am to 2 pm. What do you think will happen if you
stay outside from 10 am to 2 pm? Why is it important to
drink more water during summer?
