Subject: Jolly Classroom Distributor Terms

Dear Richard,

We are delighted to have you on board as a distributor for Jolly

Classroom. To ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial
partnership, we have outlined the terms and conditions of our
agreement below. Please review and abide by these terms as a
Jolly Classroom distributor.

1. Pricing
All distributors in a country must set the same prices in
collaboration with Jolly Learning.

2. Sales
All sales are to be made through the distributor platform at
distributors.jollyclassroom.com. Upon onboarding, distributors
must log in to the platform to generate vouchers. Customers
can also be viewed and managed on the platform.

Customers may choose to purchase through distributors or

directly from Jolly Learning. However, once a school redeems a
trial voucher provided by a distributor, they will be locked to that
distributor and can only make purchases from them.

3. Support
For any support or assistance, please contact
sangeet@jollytechnologies.co.uk or visit
support.jollyclassroom.com for platform-specific support.

4. Payment
Distributors are required to remit 75% of the revenue in GBP to
Jolly Learning at the end of the month, with a 30-day payment
term. The local currency will be converted to GBP at the mid-
market rate at the end of the month. Distributors will only be
billed for vouchers that have been redeemed.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to the Jolly Classroom Distributor Terms
as set forth in this document. We look forward to a successful
and prosperous partnership.
