In my role as a remote project assistant, I contribute to the planning, execution, and closure of
projects. This involves creating project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely
completion of tasks. I provide administrative support, maintain project documentation, and
organize project-related materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Additionally, I
create user guides for clients, which are step-by-step instructions on how to use the company’s
products. Some of these guides are in Spanish and French, to translate them, I utilize a
translation tool. I also handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
