Quality Toolbox Talk Meeting with Sinopec Construction Team and Sinopec QC Inspectors:

Topic Discussed:

Preparation for conducting UTT measurement activity on the Tie in locations on Existing line.

1) Sinopec Construction Team before starting any activity make proper arrangements and prepare work area for
inspection and testing.
2) Sinopec Construction Team will Provide proper access and scaffolding.
3) Sinopec Construction Team will Provide vehicle with plant access pass to go inside plant for inspection and
testing.
4) Sinopec Construction Team will give RFI request to Sinopec QC team for internally inspection of every activity
prior to send request to ENPPI.
5) Wherever required adequate signboard shall be provide as per procedure and follow the requirements.
6) Qc inspector shall be internally check and verify Tie-In location.
7) Qc inspector shall be internally check and verify Tie-In Marking.
