This communication schedule can be used with each of your prospects to optimise retention by
setting communication expectations with from onboarding call through first three months of
management.
The goal is to set appropriate expectations and provide the attention/expertise to build a
strong relationship in the first 90 days.

Considering sending simple emails to celebrate wins, for example “CPA target hit” or “revenue
goal exceeded”.
Don’t hide from problems either. If you spot something and prescribed a fix, be proactive and
share that information with the client. Again, a simple email will usually suffice.
