ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:-

 Incoming material inspection of various consumables used and getting approved from TPI
and Client.
 Preparation of reports like Fit up, weld visual, DPT, RT, and all test certificates of material
 Preparation of reports like Grading , Stringing , Coating
 Weld and Material inspection of Pipeline welding.
 Witnessing, conducting and inspection of welder qualification test (WQT) for Pipeline and in
various positions and test pieces.
 Conducting of Safety task assignment (STA) on daily basis.
 Well known to the permits and checklists required for Welding, DPT, RT.
 Executing and managing daily basis activities given by superiors
 Visual and radiographic inspection of welding,
 Preparing reports and maintaining documents of activities.
 Co-ordination with clients and Consultants.
 Witnessing, conducting and inspection of welder qualification test (WQT)
 Planning for Radiographic Testing on daily basis.
