getting one of the highest grades in the class and the professor became my
favorite! He was serious and straightforward but patient with those who were
serious about learning.
In conclusion, I overcame my negative response expectancy by using my growth
mindset to push through. I learned that accepting negative expectations can limit
our potential and that we should always strive to challenge ourselves and try our
best.

If I think about a future career in product development, two ways I imagine using

desired outcomes. One example would be, “Instead of focusing on the challenges of
