We the above named panchas were assembled when asked on
the request of police by Mr. Anshu Mishra to accompany him to
the crime scene at New Model Town, Sunshine Society, Ludhiana
141010 at around 2:30 on 7th January,2024. When we reach
there with Mr. Anshu Mishra along with other two constables they
asked us to act as Panchas to which we agreed. When we
reached the main entrance there were a lot of people out there.
The Forensic Expert team also accompanied the police. The team
collected the blood samples, fingerprint from the car , the broken
tooth of victim and also other important evidences. The police
seized the car and all other materials in our presence and sealed
it.
Panchnama is read over to us in vernacular language and
admitted to be correct.
