Dear Sir or Madam,

1. I am writing with regard to the recent homestay I organised in your website.

2. Briefly, I searched in your website a room to stay during July in London. After fifteen days of
incessant search, I found an available room located in the 15 Norwood Street, London. On 18 th June
I contacted the hoster named Oliver Winston. In accordance with the rules specified by
StayInEngland.com, I paid in advance a 25% of the monthly price, with taxes included. In total,
£256,50 (specified details are detailed in the enclosed document). On 2 nd July I arrived in the train
station where I was supposed to meet the hoster but Oliver Winston never arrived. After trying to
contact him, I went to the 15 Norwood Street where I discovered that the flat wasn't from the
pictures posted in your website.

3. I have already pursued this matter with the local police department, who have advised me to
contact you immediately. I enclose the police report.

4. In order to resolve this matter I am requesting that you investigate the owner's profile which has
been deleted and that you take action to prevent further fraud. This would include hardening the
terms and conditions for the hosters such as requesting a copy of the census certificate and tax
identification number to be verified. And I am also requesting a compensation for damages
(including economic loss).

5. Please contact me whithin ten days of the date of this letter to confirm that these steps have been
taken. If you need to contact me by telephone, you may reach me at (34) 973 01 02 03.

6. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Silvia Sales
