Training Rational

This training is aimed to improvise the Client centric communication of the employees. Developing
and practising strength-based communication techniques will be a core principle.

Description

This training is focussed to develop lexical patterns and improvise speech production.

Group sizes are limited to ten to twenty participants. The content will cover strength-based
communication skills with a focus on empathetic interpersonal skills.

Information and materials will be disseminated through interactive activities, open discussions, small
group work and hand-outs

Aim

The aim of this workshop is to effectively communicate with Clients and focus on lexical patterns.

Objective

This training focuses on improvising the communication by

Informing the participants of right usage of vocabulary

Practicing different topics for small talk

Developing the articulating ability of the participant

Reinforcing the topics required for client interaction

Encouraging the speaking abilities by providing a scaffold

Learning related Q&A patterns

Scope

Since communication is become the important aspect of any organization, the following activities
can be achieved effortlessly with the help of better communication
Planning and decision making: Managers are to take decisions and make plans for the business. For these
purposes they are to collect information and consult with others, which involve communication.

Selection and training: For selecting employees for the organization is needed advertisement, and take
interview. Which involves with communication? Giving training to the employees also involves communication.
Directing: To implement a plan managers are to give orders and to issue instructions to the subordinates-
which requires effective communication.
Coordination: Managers are to use communication to coordinate the activities of various work groups or
departments.
Distribution and Marketing: In marketing activities communication plays a very vital role. Without use of
communication, no organization can promote its products in the market. Scope of communication skills.
Establishing relations: Communication helps in establishing harmonious relationship between labor and
management.
Controlling: All controlling functions involve communication. Managers can effectively control the activities of
the subordinates by using downward and upward communication.

Implementation

This programme is a 30 hour module.

The 30 hours is split into 120 minute online training on the weekdays and the workshop practice is
on communication to improvising the pronunciation by eliminating MTI and Indianisms to have a
better speech Production.

The module is also designed to allow participants to practice what’s taught and discussed

Evaluation

A final test on grammar, emails and role play will be conducted. The scorecard with remarks will be
shared.

A short survey link will be sent to the participants.

A Computer sciences graduate by education and a BPO executive by

profession and has overall experience of 10 years, Krishnapriya, A TEFL certified Communication
trainer, has a vision to deliver excellence through dedication and diligence. Her

interests and passion settles to teaching and training allowing her to

involve herself in a self-research of Learning and development modules.
