Declaration/Legal Heir-ship certificate

AFFIDAVIT

I, Saira....., CNIC: ...... real mother and authorised attorney of the plaintiffs, resident of post
office SAME, Chak No District Sargodha Punjab do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
that the Plaintiffs are real daughters of late Muhammed Yaseen and have empowered the
deponent through general power of attorney to tackle all the matters in relation to their
inherited properties herein Pakistan after the sad demise of their father.

That the deceased contracted second marriage with Mrs Zakia Madasser after separation
with the deponent, however there is no child of the deceased from the second marriage.
That the deceased left behind the following heirs and there is no other claimant or entitled
being the legal heir of the deceased in properties, assets and businesses inherited from the
deceased.

Measuring 5 Marlas & 50 sqf. And shop No. 16 0 measuring 0 Marla

xi. The legal heirs are also entitled as per their respective shares in
properties of the deceased Muhammad Yaseen that are not listed
herein above for being not currently in the knowledge of the plaintiffs
the legal heirs should be declared the only title holder of the same.

In circumstances it is most humbly submitted that the instant suit of the plaintiffs may be
accepted/decreed and plaintiffs and legal heirs mentioned hereinabove may kindly be
declared the only and exclusive legal heirs of the deceased Muhammed Yaseen up to the
extent of properties mentioned above i.e. situated at Islamabad, Faisalabad, Bahawalnagar
and properties which are not listed hereinabove.
