 We are currently experiencing a paradigm shift in the direction of
sustainability policies. Developing sustainable solutions requires a new
perspective. Policy discussions now incorporate insights from below, or
a bottom-up approach, in addition to the traditional top-down method.
The manner in which the state and society collaborate to address the
needs and issues of people has undergone a dramatic change. Social
policy is now a key component in fostering inclusivity and social
development. This new approach to policy is being actively shaped by a
number of groups, including political parties, NGOs, academics,
philosophers, interest groups, and civil society organizations. In order to
address global issues and support the achievement of sustainable 300

"sustainability" is becoming popular, in India the emphasis has always
