Subject : Notice of Temporary Suspension of All Company Activities
DECISION LETTER
Based on the evaluation of all the Company's activities that have been carried out since 2022 until the end of
2023 and in order to improve the performance and restructuring of the company and referring to the decision
of the Board of Commissioners of TRESSA LESTARI NATAKERTA LTD which in this case acts as a
holding company of PT. TRESSA LESTARI INDOTURKI, we hereby convey that effective from December
4, 2023 all activities related to the operational activities of PT.TRESSA LESTARI INDOURKI are suspended
until the results of the GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders) which will be held by the shareholders of
TRESSA GROUP COMPANY on December 18-21, 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Matters relating to project activities or ongoing work will temporarily be taken over by the Management Staff
and Directors of TRESSA LESTARI NATAKERTA LTD, along with employee salary rights, building rental
fees and other things that have not been paid which were previously the responsibility of the Company
PT.TRESSA LESTARI INDOTURKI will be transferred to TRESSA LESTARI NATAKERTA LTD.
As the parent company of all companies under the TRESSA GROUP, we would like to thank you for your
participation in the Company.
