logistics process. Lead the implementation of mobile goods flow in KBP, JGC, and SBY store,
resulting in tangible monthly savings of 8000 USD through heightened logistic productivity,
reduced inventory loss, and minimized paper usage.
• Central Fulfilment Unit (CFU) East Establishment
Support the establishment of the CFU East, aimed at providing more efficient and faster order
fulfilment of the Indonesia’s eastern region. The outcome is monthly actual saving 20000 USD
across operational cost, last mile delivery, and store replenishment.
 • Store Fulfilment
Implement store fulfillment by establishing a streamlined process for combining, picking, and
packing customer orders received from both ecommerce and physical stores. Deliver
