Intramurals are one of the much-anticipated annual events here in our school, where each
student is given the chance to showcase their skills, talent, and strength. We, the officers of the
College of Engineering and Technology Education, are excited to participate in the said event.

Our department is interested in contributing to the vibrancy of the event by hosting a booth.
We believe this will provide an excellent opportunity for engagement, interaction, and, most
importantly, an income-generating project (IGP) that can help fund the needs of our
participants and the department. Therefore, I am writing to formally request the allocation of a
booth space for our department during the intramurals.

We are committed to adhering to any guidelines or procedures set forth by your office and the
intramurals committee. Please inform us of any necessary forms or procedures to complete the
booth reservation process. We are eager to contribute positively to the intramurals event and
enhance the overall experience for participants.
