Qualifications Graduate (Post Graduate Preferred)


Minimum 2 years’ experience in Equities on the client advisory side
Experience

• Acquiring quality clients for Broking & Third-Party Products through networking,
data base, market Intelligence, references from existing clients and assigned leads
from the organization.

• Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients for long term
investment as well as positional trading ideas for short/ medium term

• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high


level of retention of the existing customer and focus on generating new business

Functional Competencies • To maintain a synergetic relationship with Relationship Managers, by supporting


their efforts to enhance business

• To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence in their
respective domain (Equities/ Commodities/ Currency/ Derivatives)

• Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk

• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

• Should be NISM Certified

• Should be a result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills
