We refer to your email dated 30th November 2022,

As per our site discussion on 23th November 2022 with Mr. Mike (HIFSB), Ms. Summer (HIFSB), Mr.
Edmund Lim (Machlab) and myself. We found that the Phenolic Top supply by Machlab Scientific Sdn.
Bhd. do not comply as per your shop drawings submitted and not as per our drawing provided to you.
We totally not accepting the incorrect Phenolic Top delivered to site, which do not comply to the
requirement as per contract.

Therefore, with immediate effect you are require to replace your materials in accordance to your shop
drawings without any further delay. We wish to remind you that your works delay will affect our
progress on site and others.
