3 Packing & :• NIL- All items shall be covered & properly packed in such a way that no damage

5 Qty Variation : Quantities indicated above are tentative, it may increase, decrease at any proportion.
Manufacturing clearance shall be issued you time to time, your rates will be valid for the
total quantities required for these projects.
6 Escalation : Unit rate indicated in the price part would remain firm & final till completion of the order &
Offshore Infrastructures Ltd. (OIL) will not entertain escalation of whatsoever reasons.

7 Delivery Period : The Items shall be supplied immediately from date of our PO

8 Jurisdiction : This order is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of this order shall be
referred to appropriate judicial court of Mumbai only
9 Warranty : Items shall be warranted for its quality/ workmanship/ manufacturing & performance as per
the norms specified for a period 18 months from date of dispatch or 12 months from the
date of commissioning whichever is earlier.
10 Documentation : • You shall submit following applicable documents at appropriate time in requisite sets:
• All the original Inspection Certificates / Test Reports, Test certificates etc.
• Delivery challan with packing list giving full and complete description of the clamps
• Warranty certificate / Manufacturers’ Certificate
11 Payment Terms : 180 days LC (90 days usance at supplier account & 90 days usance at offshore account)
