Activity 2
Answer and complete the following statement below.

1. About my own health choices and involvement in physical activity.

I discovered that keeping a well-balanced diet and regular workouts is vital for
your health. I have discovered that when I involve in the exercises like walking,
running or playing in a team, I feel more enthusiastic and determined. In addition,
I have identified that my mood elevates considerably after a workout session,
enabling me to control stress well. On the other hand, I have learned not to push
myself too much and instead that it is wise to pay attention to my body. Recovery
and rest are just as important as the exercise itself.

2. How important is sports in becoming physically fit?

They make us not only stronger and more enduring but also more agile and
coordinated. In order to play sports you need to move a lot and exert effort, which
allows you to burn calories and maintain a healthy weight. Apart from that, they
are good for the cardiovascular system because they strengthen the heart and
lungs. On top of this, playing sport is a fun method for staying active that makes it
easier to stick to a regular exercise routine. They also teach important life values
which include but are not limited to perseverance, discipline, and teamwork.

3. To keep myself and my family members fit and healthy.

I will make sure that we engage in physical activity as often as possible; this can
be done through a simple walk, playing a sport or home workout. In addition, I will
oversee the food choices, having a balanced meal which includes fruits, vegetables,
lean proteins, and whole grains. I will urge all participants to drink lots of water
and take sufficient rest. Furthering the positive mindset about health and fitness
in my family is my obligation, and I will do this by telling them that it is not just
about how they look but about how they feel and their health.
