This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage effective
workplace relationships.

The unit applies to individuals in leadership or management positions who have a

 Everyone gets time in MS Teams to meet and greet each other and allow some
time to get to know each other. (Monday 30 May 5.40pm – 6.10pm)

assessments and learning materials can be downloaded, how to check results
and how to upload assessments - are discussed (Helpful hint guides for students

managers and leaders required to identify, analyses, synthesize and act on
information from a range of sources, and who deal with unpredictable problems
as part of their job role. They use initiative and judgement to organize the work of
self and others and plan, evaluate and co-ordinate the work of teams. – if they
have had any experience in working in this area in their own country etc.
