• One or multiple previous episodes of hypoglycaemia ​

Check blood glucose level prior to feeding

IF Blood Glucose
First 48 hours of life Level is:

Check till GLUCOSE is NORMAL <45mg/dL


< ≥45mg/dL 3 TIMES IN A ROW  <2.5mmol/L
TREAT
After 48 hours of life for
Check till GLUCOSE is NORMAL <60mg/dL HYPOGLYCAEMIA
> ≥60mg/dL 3 TIMES IN A ROW  <3.3 mmol/L
