Check till GLUCOSE is NORMAL <45mg/dL

< ≥45mg/dL 3 TIMES IN A ROW  <2.5mmol/L
TREAT
After 48 hours of life for
Check till GLUCOSE is NORMAL HYPOGLYCAEMIA
<60mg/dL
> ≥60mg/dL 3 TIMES IN A ROW  <3.3 mmol/L
