About MES (Founder, CEO and Chairman)

The MES Group after establishing its name in the

field of education with the experience of around 30
years, ventured into the field of engineering education
with the establishment of PIIT in the year 1999 in Panvel.
Subsequently, after successfully running PIIT for more
than decade, MES set up the Pillai HOC College of
Engineering and Technology (PHCET) at Rasayani,
Postgraduate (Master in Engineering) Programs.

The Mahatma Education Society (MES) embarked upon

its mission of "Educational for All" with Chembur English
School in the year 1970, school into a multi-institution,
multi-location group delivering quality education at all
levels.

Rs. 300
• Time Limit: 2 minutes (Rs. 100+ Rs. 200)

• No Language Barrier.
• If Background Music is Required, Participants have to
Provide us with the Music in Pendrive or Mail it to
pillaieuforiastage@gmail.com by 25th January 2024.
• Outhouse Participants have to mail Auditions clips on
pillaieuforiastage@gmail.com by 20th January 2024.
• If Guitar/keyboard is Required, Participants must make
the Necessary Arrangements.

2. Solo/Duet Dance Entry Fee

• No Language Barrier. (Rs. 200+ Rs. 300)

• Rounds :
Round 1 : Introduction and Walk round.
Round 2 : Talent Round.
Round 3 : Question and Answer round.
• Vulgar or obscene costumes are not allowed.
• Restricted only to Pillai HOCL Educational Campus
students.

4. Reels Entry Fee

Rs. 200
• This event will be held online before
31th January 2024. The Members of winning team will
get a chance to meet the influencers.
• Reels can be featured as an individual or group of up to
5 people.
• It should be posted on public Instagram account, with
hashtags #reelsforpillaieuforia #reelsforarenaexpo

• Time Limit: 5 minutes (Rs. 400+ Rs. 600)

• No language barrier on songs.

• Number of contestants 5-10 members.
• Participants have to Provide us with the Music in Pen

6. Rapping Entry Fee

Rs. 300
• Time limit: 2 minutes (Rs. 100+ Rs. 200)

• Sledging, abusive words are not allowed.

• Languages allowed: - Hindi, English, Marathi.
• If Background Music is Required, participants have to
provide us with the Music and lyrics to be mail it to

7. Fashion Show Entry Fee
Rs. 1000
• Time Limit: 8 minutes (Rs. 400+ Rs. 600)

• Number of contestants 8-10 members.

• If Background Music or graphics is required, participants
have to provide us with the Music to be Mail it to
pillaieuforiastage@gmail.com by 25th January 2024.
• Outhouse Participants have to mail Auditions clips on
pillaieuforiastage@gmail.com by 20th January 2024.

8. Euforia Classic Entry Fee

Rs. 500
• Should be a college student.
• Two categories: under 60kg and above 60kg, overall
winner will be declared.
• There will be mandatory bodybuilding poses.
• Bodybuilding shorts are compulsory.
• Board shorts are not allowed. (Negative marking)
• Tanning cream and oil both are permitted.
• Individual posing routine time: 1 minutes
• Sound Tracks for posing are to be submitted before
25th January at pillaieuforiastage@gmail.com with
'Euforia classic_participant name' as the subject.
• Decisions made by the judges would be final and
binding. Disputing during the event will cause
prohibition to participate in the future.

1. Mehandi Entry Fee
Rs. 100
• Participants have to bring their own materials.
• Must be accompanied with their friends to draw.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.

2. Rangoli Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• Designs must be related to theme.
• Participants should bring their own materials.
• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.

3. Drawing Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• Paper will be provided. (Size – A3)
• Drawing will be onsite.
• Participants should bring their own tools.
• The drawing should be theme related.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.

4. Carrom Entry Fee

• Rules will be same as real world carrom.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.

5. Chess Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• Rules will be same as real world chess.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.

6. Table Tennis Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• Individual Participation.
• In this game, the player has to hit the ball over the net
onto their opponent’s side.
• A point is won by them if their opponent is unable to
return the ball to the other side of the table.
• Participants should be present 15 mins before the event
starts and should be ready with their materials.

7. Kabaddi Entry Fee

Rs. 500
• The game will be played between 7 players.
• All the rules are as per pro kabaddi for a match.
• Kabaddi will be played on ground.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.
• Umpire’s Decision will be the last decision.

8. Futsal Entry Fee
Rs. 300
• The game will take place as 3v3.
• Number of players per team will be 3 i.e. 3 on-field and
1 rolling substitutes.
• Matches will be played on a knockout basis.
• Matches will be played on synthetic turf, so participants
are required to wear regular canvas shoes/synthetic turf
shoes.
• No participants will be entertained wearing football
studs.
• In case of a tie, 3 penalty shots would be used.

9. Box Cricket Entry Fee

Rs. 700
• 4 over (2-1- 1) match.
• Umpire’s Decision will be the last decision.
• Participants not following the above rules will be
disqualified.

10.Photography Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• This will be a single participant event.
• Theme is EUFORIA 2024.
• Excessive editing will not be considered.
• On event shooting and photos should be ready on the
last day.
• File Format : .jpg, .jpeg
• Participant should have Original photo in that device.

11. Bench Press Entry Fee
Rs. 200
• There are 3 weight categories :
1. Under 55kg | 2. Under 65kg | 3. Above (Open)
• The Participants will get 3 attempts to perform the lift.
• A clear single complete repetition will be counted as
final out of the three attempts.
• The lift has to be parallel.
• The feet should be on the ground.
• Gloves are not allowed.
• Participants who fail to follow the rules will be disqualified.

12. Treasure Hunt Entry Fee

Rs. 1000
• Set of Clues will be scattered around the campus.
• One clue will lead to the other.
• Each Clue contains a riddle.
• Participants are not allowed disclose their clue with
other team.
• On the spot registration is not allowed.
• Time limit will be explained will by the Event Head on
the day of event.
• Participants who fail to follow the above stated rules or
misplacing the clues will be disqualified.

13.Tug of War Entry Fee

Rs. 300
• Each team in a Tug of War consists of Five people.
• A team must consist of 3 Boys & 2 Girls, strictly.
• Matches are often a best of three pull, the winner
winning two out of the three pulls.

14.Mini Militia Entry Fee
Rs. 100
• The participant will be provided with the older version
Apk and room will be created.
• If any participant found with the hack version or
modified apk will be disqualified immediately.

15.Badminton (Girl/Boy) Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• A game can take place among singles.
• To score a point the shuttlecock must hit within the
parameters of the opponent’s court.
• If the shuttlecock hits the net or lands out then a point
is awarded to your opponent.
• There are no second serves so if your first serve goes
out then your opponent wins the point.
• Each game will start with a toss to determine which
player will serve first and which side of the court the
opponent would like to start from.
• To win a game you must reach 21 points before your
opponent.

16. Basketball Entry Fee

Rs. 500
• A game will take place as 3v3.
• The game duration would be 10 minutes. (5-5)
• Timing is subject to change.
• Proper basketball kit and shoes are mandatory.
• No of Participants: 3+2=5

• Number of contestants 2-3 members.
• Plans should include financial projections, marketing
strategies, and a viable business concept.
• Presentation should be mailed in .pdf/.pptx format by
28th January 2024 on pillaieuforia@mes.ac.in in

18.100m Sprint Entry Fee

Rs. 100
• Spikes shoes not allowed.
