E-SIGNATURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By clicking the “I Accept” button below, you confirm:

1. We can deliver the account agreement and the related documents that follow (‘Required
Documents’) to you by displaying or delivering the Required Documents electronically, and requesting
that you print or download the Required Documents and retain them for your records.

2. You consent to receiving and using electronic records and electronic signatures for the Required
Documents, in place of written documents and handwritten signatures on paper copies.

Please be aware that you may opt out of the electronic process prior to the completion of a specific
document, or for the receipt of future Required Documents, and switch to a paper based process by
informing your IG Consultant.

3. Notwithstanding your consent to receive the Required Documents electronically, it may be


necessary to deliver certain documents to you in paper format.

4. You agree to download and save or print out the Required Documents and keep them for your
records.

If you are unable to print or download and save any of the Required

Documents, you may contact your IG Consultant and request paper copies.

5. In order to deliver the Required Documents to you, we use service providers who use email
distribution services and telecommunications services located in the United States. Contractual means
and security safeguards are used to protect your information and ensure your email address and mobile
phone number are used for the delivery of the Required Documents and no other purpose.
